This is the worst depression I’ve ever had in my life. Nothing seems fun or exciting. Neither spending time with family, my girlfriend, my music endeavors, nor any every day perks are helping me feel any better. I’m clinically depressed from suffering from bipolar type schizoaffective.
I’m extremely anxious and nervous. I feel as though God has forgotten me or has chosen to punish me. I believe I am doomed and won’t be able to get out of this problem. Right now I’m taking Abilify, Lithium, Zoloft, Wellbutrin, Klonopin and Trazodone for my illness.
Will this ever lift?

Yes it will lift. Sometimes you just have to ride it out. You should get into see your pdoc though. If God has forgotten you or chosen to punish you then he has done it to a lot of us.

You're taking a lot of meds, this could be a side effect too... Can you talk to your doctor about maybe reducing or changing the meds?

Another thing could be nutrition (too many sweets can make me feel 'sugar blues' then, some people are more sensitive to this than others), or this time of year, the weather and lack of light... (it helps me to have lights on even during the day, and to go for a walk very day... even if the weather is 'sucky', I just have to force myself and then I feel better when I come back....)

Hope things get better!!
