Hello I'm fairly new here. My title says it all. I feel like I'm just here. Trying to please my husband, work, kids. That's what I feel like I'm here for. I feel mad at times bc I feel like I'm going in circles. Each time my husband tells me there's something wrong with me. Maybe there is. My job is a dead end but I'm stuck bc we need the money. I wish I could feel happiness. My children are my world I love them so much and dwell on how much I can't give them. *Sigh* just rambling on. Thanks for reading.

Hello & Welcome, JuStHeRe17.

How long ago did you start feeling as if you're "just here?" Did it happen gradually or suddenly? Have you had a full medical checkup recently?

Please feel free to ignore the questions. Make yourself at home here.

Hi Justhere,

How's it going? Here's what worked for me.

You might especially get ideas from post #74 and other inspirational posts in the "depression success stories" section. I was also kind of dragging my way through life for a long long time. I think it's really good and worth it to keep trying new things until you find something that really helps a lot.
