It can sometimes seem like everything is just too much........and the thought of even another day of it........but sometimes sharing, talking about things and getting some real help/support with your feelings/what's going on for you can make things seem very different in time.
So, there are lots of really understanding, non-judgemental, supportive people around if you can just share whatever you can...........we're here for you. You're not alone in this.

I'm right next door to you. Mississippi girl here....and I work in Tennessee. I totally understand that darkness and the wanting to just escape it all. But, hang in there and let the light dawn for another day.....strength to keep going is just right around the corner though I know it is impossible to see or feel right now.....keep talking to us on PC......call for help....go to the er.....do whatever you have to do to keep you safe for one more day. Sending positive energy and loving waves.......
