Dont know why im this way.. Guess i was born like this to be helpless, Miserable, and just scratching by in life.

But you have made your way here. We are new here and there are lots of supportive people here. Sometimes we are too close to see what is right in front of us. There doesnt have to be a reason we are like we are. Acceptance is half the battle. We have a real hard time being positive. But an even harder time with giving up the fight.

Hi InfiniteSadness, some people like myself have a predisposition to depression. Some people fall into depression as a result of trauma. Others live in conditions that worsen mental illness. No matter the case, there's always an opportunity for treatment. I think depressed persons have a deeper appreciation for the little things in life, because pleasure is such a rare commodity. I think we can learn to approach our lives positively, and crawl out of this together. Wish you the best

thanks people, just wish i had more energy and felt alive more as opposed to feeling like a corpse a lot of times..
