Ugh. I always feel so full of dread and don't know why.
 What am I dreading? I always feel like something bad is going to happen. Guess that's 'cause so many bad things have. And then I cry for no reason.I hate being me...

And it's here. The loneliness, the sadness and the tears. I'm longing for the touch of affection, the security, the love. It hurts so much. I feel so alone. I don't want these tears. I can't handle the pain. I want to escape but there's no where to go.

I feel like my mood is lifting a bit today. Tuesday through Friday were rough, so I'll take it. Really don't have much planned for the day. Will probably take the dogs for a long walk with my husband, do a bunch of laundry, not sure what else . . .

I woke up early, started laundry and took a shower. This is a record.

I Slept Pretty Well, That is an improvement. Still to depressed to function.
