((((tj))))

I hope that everything goes well with the team, and that they come up with some helpful solutions for you. You are in my thoughts. Gentle hugs to you (and your wife).

Crisis team have been good... trying their best. It's a weird situation as I don't want to go to hospital, they know I don't want to go to hospital (it's covered all over my notes as well) and are trying to do best by me in this regard... but my wife is voicing concerns (and I fully understand why) so her opinion does count in this.

Had one hell of a 'oh ffs' moment earlier though

trigger - self harm

Possible trigger:

They are visiting again tomorrow.

As it stands right now, I really don't know what's best for me... hospital last time was not ideal... but it kept me safe (esculated a break down at same time though)

I think I'm starting to lose the plot again... and it's surreally scary and comforting all at the same time (however perverse that might sound)

Hi TJ, really sorry you're struggling so much
Sounds like a good time for the crisis team to be involved though, and trying to be supportive??
And it sounds like you've got some good insight with really considering options and wanting the best for yourself. And of course we want the best for you too, whatever that is
But you don't have to make that decision all on your own of course. Do you think maybe you could be a bit more open with the crisis team?? I know that's really hard for you but.............??
And you know IF, and only IF, hospital was the best option after you've been open with them, it might not be for so long, and you/they have more experience of what works/doesn't work for you. But that's only IF.....
But, yes, maybe try running by all the options with the crisis team if you can?? And involve your wife as much as you need to in that. It is exactly like you've said, working out what's best for YOU!!!

Alison

How did today's meeting go?
Following Frankbtl, are there options that haven't been considered?

Hi TJ,
Remember there's more specialized help there to help you with what you're going through, OK??
We certainly want the best for you, and maybe this can help.........any help that might offer you something better than now, hey??
