today i feel like ive been banging my head against a brick wall its strange but i dont think my family hear me, living in a house with so many other people even though they are my family is hard, four under 22 my self and hubby to start with all the hormones flowing from the teenagers and then mine and hubbys depression and then two of my children have medical issues, sometimes when one person is upset everybody ends upset and the mood here at the moment is a bit dark and i cant see the light, i keep telling myself there is people out there worse of than me but it doesnt seem to be helping at the moment

It hurts not to be heard. I hope that you're okay. Can you ask someone to listen to you because you feel like you're not being heard or is it that they're 'hearing' your words but not hearing your heart? It's a lot more painful when people can't hear your heart. |

i too have been at logger heads with my daughter today which caused a huge family row all because i haven't done a lot today cos my med change makes me so exhausted, we asked her to do a chore - all hell broke loose, she slammed out. we're still not speaking, it's how she deals with my illness but i just flipped and my mum called in the middle of it all and i told her a few home truths too!!!! families eh? please pm me or call anytime if you need a chat. this house is full of hormones too. don't suffer alone, here to support you, love ya babe kerry xoxoxoxox |

It doesn't really matter, Katheryn, what the circumstances of anyone else's life may be. You have a right to feel your feelings. I hope you feel better soon.
