i havent been feeling depressed in a while... but last night something got said and ive been down since then......its got my mind wondering now and its driving me nuts..... depression sucks i wish it would just stay away from me..grrrr

You and me both Skittles. I was triggered by my visit to my Parents house and now I'm feeling like total crap. I can't seem to shake it. Depression SUCKS!!! And can't believe people actually THINK we do this to ourselves intentionally for attention or just to feel sorry for ourselves. GRRRRRRRR-I'm with you on that one.

Could you treat yourself to something very special. Pamper yourself. Bubble baths work for me, a long slow walk, even a trip to the $ store! LOL Devote time to you. I hope you feel better soon. |
