Just me rambling

I'm just letting out how I'm feeling right now. If there's an issue let me know, please.

I feel very furious at my brother sometimes. I just feel annoyed at him. He's usually nice but sometimes he's a jerk. I know that happens to everyone but he can get rather mean. When he gets mad, he likes to insult me because of how I look, what I eat etc. He apologizes but not before I almost yell. Then afterwards I feel mad at myself for starting something (which I sometimes do). I feel bitter and feel like I hate my brother. I feel awful for having these feelings because I don't want to hate him and he honestly isn't a bad guy but when he makes me mad I genuinely dislike him.

I know it's a ramble and I don't know if comments are welcome, but...I know how you feel.

I empathise w you !!!!! I have a brother just like yours but mine is even worse than your brother .my acts like an asshole and a prick and he wants me bang my head against the wall. and I just want to cuss at him w all sorts of names .but I have to be good for my therapist .she knows me all too well now since she's been working with me for a year on October 3






Diagnosis: Anxiety and depression
meds : Cymbalta 90mgs at night
Vistrail 2 25 mgs daily for anxiety prn
50 mgs at night for insomnia

I am sorry you are having this problem with your brother. Do you think it would be possible to discuss it with him and how it makes you feel to see if a better way of both of you getting on together could be worked out?
