I have been depressed for a couple of months now. There aren't any solutions to my problems. I am sure of it. I have exhausted all of my resources and I have tried to accept my miserable life and tell myself that I'm happy. My problem is that I'm really done trying. I don't see why I should be subject to live a miserable life every single day. My T and pdoc know that I've been thinking about suicide. I don't have any plans or intentions but I do realize that it's the only way out of this hell. How can I live through this horrible pain on a daily basis when I feel as if I'm already at my breaking point? I hate that I have to live.

I have a suggestion.... Find the core issue! Was there trauma in your life? Then read the four agreements and make new agreements to life.

My problem isn't trauma or anything related. I'm trapped where I'm at. My depression started because of the environment I'm in. Please trust me when I tell you that there is no fixing my problems. My pdoc even agreed that there's no way out. I just wanted to know how do you live life when you hate everyday and every minute of it?

Mmmmm. There comes a point in life that one just has to give up the control aspect. I still believe that the Four Agreements will help you. Are you ready to put work into life though?

Hi Cherry

I am sorry that your situation is so difficult. Perhaps if your psychiatrist did something to strengthen or change the medication for you. it would make things easier. I'm glad you have decided to go on because not doing so absolutely ruins the lives of your loved ones who never would recover from the bad feelings
Perhaps your therapist could help you to accept and make the best of the situation you are in.
If you have a consuming passion in life to give real meaning and satisfaction such as a charitable cause that attracts you or something that fired you up in earlier times, it would give real meaning to life. And a reason to go on. I hope and pray everything improves for you soon. Take care. God bless and best wishes from your friend Francis
