Just trying to understand things , i figured i went too far having a bad day yesterday . I got the what for from several sources . I deserved it no doubt , can't go there again . Trying to look up instead of down if i can . things just seem to pile up when you can least tolerate them . One day at a time for now .

You have to go to the advanced button at the bottom of the post, then you have a choice of which icons to use to express your feelings. The red on with the x in the middle is for triggering info to warn others that they might be triggered if they read the post.

I didn't put that symbol on those posts . I guess a moderator did . I accept that . Just trying to have the best day i can . One foot in front of the other until maybe I will feel better one day . Yes some days the fog lifts a little . I am hoping I will come out of this . I keep saying no to depression but it is hard . I can only hope time heals all . I talk frankly to friends but I know they can't fix me only I can .

Hi,
Your post shows that you have great courage which will stand you in good stead (and probably has already)!

Sending warmth and care as you continue your journey. You are getting there and will see a light at the end of this tunnel.

Thanks fizzyo I;m nothing special for sure , I'm here to find away to stay and support the people who deserve it . I've got come out of this grave that I dug . Everyday is torture find a distraction and throw myself at it . Let some time go by hide in the sleep medication if i can . Slowly face the day as late and best that I can trying to not let too many people down . I 'm not young so energy and time are against me . I only hope getting some of this out there will shock me back . I used to be tougher or so I thought.

It's a slippery slope to climb, keep it up if you can. I too find it harder to find the energy and will to fight as I get older, I think there is resilience in youth.
I try to think that the measure of my achievement is not so much what I do, but how many barriers I had to overcome to do it.
For one person a PhD may be less difficult than for another to get out of bed every day.
Be kind to yourself as much as you can, YOU DESERVE IT!
