I'm new here. Found it while I was looking some stuff up online. Not sure why I'm even posting this because it will probably end up being a waste of my time. I'm just trying to find a way to make pain and feelings away. Find a way to make the feeling of being nothing and not good enough go away. I have anxiety, and pretty bad. Its not being treated because I don't like taking medication. I don't talk to people because I don't trust anyone. I'm beginning to think I have depression, too. Especially with the things flying through my mind tonight....

You posted here to try to get help, we all do . Speaking out helps collect your thoughts . There are many ways to get this done , Depending on how bad you feel makes it difficult without some relief with some drugs .
There are self help paths and good advice . I like the works of Claire Weekes on you tube . She is down to earth on your feelings . We need others to help us when we are stuck, anxiety and depression clouds our minds.
There are ways to help you , I firmly believe that . You need info and time to heal . No magic pill but you can get thru it . Good luck and treat yourself well .
Thanks for this!

Hi, Broken. Welcome to the site. I'm glad you did find it. If it makes you feel any better, we are all broken here in one way or another. I'm bipolar and socio-agoraphobic with a little schizophrenic mixed in. I'm glad you did post here because it's worth it. I put up a post about a month ago where I said that I had written out this long post about my depression and what all I was going through but ended up erasing it because I didn't want to bother anyone with my whining. I got a ton of support from the people here saying that's what they're here for; to help and receive help.
In my opinion, I feel that the right meds and the right therapist can help any of our problems to get better. It will take some time with the meds because, what works for one person, may not work with another. But you should try interviewing therapists. Find one you're comfortable with and can talk to. It will all take time and effort but you can feel better than this.
Thanks for this!

Welcome to psych central.

We all come here with issues and this is a great place for non-judging support. Do please keep posting. There are people here who have had similar experiences to yours and who understand and want to help. The more active you are, the more likely they are to find you.

When you have had 5 posts, you can join chat rooms too and some people enjoy the games forum.

People here have helped me through some dark times and I hope you get as much encouragement from this community as I have.

Thanks for this!
