just depressed and scared

I hate that depression moves in on me.. it's like a big weight that descends and sits on my shoulders.

where nothing seems right and nothing will ever seem right again...

I have the monkey on my back too, it's 26 days now. I just can't take it anymore...
It is incredible how it ahs the ability to persuade you everytime that it WON'T go away. Even if the same thing happened many times before and you know it DOES go away in the end.
The problem is what is left of you will to live everytime...

i know all to well what you are saying. "I feel your pain". depression is like a monster that swallows us whole just to feel us squirm around in its insides. i hope you feel better soon. just remember when the clouds part the sun will shine again.
