Does anyone have any good ways to try to cope when things are really bad?
I know people talk about ways to cope. But when I am upset...I dont know what to do to pull myself out of it.

Personally, when things are worst it helps to talk, because keeping all my thoughts(good or bad) in my head alone just makes it worse. Message boards and chats work ok for this. In person is best, even if you don't talk about what's wrong. People need people.
