My P. Doc. told me yesterday that it would be good to go away for awhile, I was going to go and see my son, but that would be considered abondment, so I have to stay. I am going to try to see a lawyer next week. I was told that I have to take care of Me first, and I am going to try!!!!!!!

I’ve definitely found this to be so for me

If we research them, categorise them etc, maybe they wouldn’t be so hazardous to our mental health??

I am very hopeful today about us being able to feel better and moving on in life...there is help out there and we need to keep trying and supporting each other here on this forum...we need to support and also report what might be helpful in changing our lives for the better...it can be done...I cant believe I am saying this...I have been helped by many people...over the many years...I have had some good times...

good relationships are crucial and it is hard work maintaining them...I am working on my marriage and it is very hard work and I make many mistakes...
