i'm not a punk quitter, no dear john here! tired of bein in the mix of all the pain and emotion of it all.

Main drug currently is Lyrica, 75mg x 2 per day. Did the narcotic bit, can't live my life in a fog. Lost to much already.. So I'm trying to maintain sanity.........

Most of the time that's a far off place like OZ.. I was the one hit with the house....

I too live with the combo plus a few bonus to make oh so much fun to get up every morning and keep going........always seems one drug cancels out another or together they cause a different reaction. It is hard to get that right combo but like Joe said keep trying. Currently I take Cymbalta along with Neurontin and a host of others but they are working together better than anything else has lately.

So grab a hand and hang on.......would be happy to count you a PC friend and maybe together talking with people who care and many who are or have been where you are at we can help keep you from slipping off the rocks.

tucker hey i have cronic pain and depression. they just started me on lyrica. on neurontin, prozac, it goes on and on. well my point being i have 1 med or two for each problem i have so have you tried an antidepressant? or have you seen a pdoc recently since your new dx. it might do you some good. there are tons of new meds out there that could help with your depression.

I do know what you mean about starting the day, it takes for ever to get in gear. That's just to move around the house, not go anywhere.. I'm a man I need to do things, but tha's long gone.. I try to tell myself I am, but every day I watch my wife get up and go to work, I slip that much futher down the line.

It's just like most all of us say here, we've lost so much already. When will this end, will it end??

Tks for all ur post, I know u all care...........

Im not sure i made myself clear so ill just say that i wasnt talking about taking an anti cepressant for depression but rather for pain. An anti depressant used in conjunction with an anti seizure is often effective at keeping nerve pain livable. Nortriptyline (Pamalor) works well with lyrica. Nortriptyline is an older anti depressant. If im repeating something you already understood i apologize

One more night in the books if you could call it that. Like no sleep again, something we're all a kin too. Last round on this one, just need a little more help.

Primary is starting me on the Cymbalta.. Plus which I don't like Kadian 30mg. So here's the mix:

Xanax 2mg x 2 as needed ( take it most of the time)
Seroquel 100mg
Cymbalta 60mg x 2
Lyrica 75mg x 2
Kadian 30mg x 1

This is what I'm on to fight the BPD, PN, and CRP in April of this year I was put in the hospital for the second time for manic deperssion. It's taken these few months to get off all the crap they threw at me. I hate taken this stuff and what it does to your body..

Kadian I really have a problem with, I don't like taking released drug in my system that I can't controll. Much rather take a drug for break thru pain, that has a shorter half life..

Am I on the crazed list, or does this look somewhat familer?

t/c

i'm sorry you are in so much pain! it just doesn't seem fair to have to be in physical and mental pain at the same darn time!!!!!!

i wish there was something more i could say to make you feel better and to make the pain go away
