hi all
seven months ago i lost my dad and life has been upside down now today a good friend of his has past it was
a total out of left field,she was a big help to me after
i lost my dad and now she has passed also.
hard to handle both of these losses.

Samm,

I'm sorry for this second loss. It does make it difficult when losses come in quick succession to each other.

Trying to take extra good care of yourself and doing something special for yourself, like Soidhonia suggested, is a really good way to help yourself right now. death and loss

death and loss I am so sorry for your losses... I have experienced one loss after another.. and it is very difficult..

try very hard to take care of you and stay as centered as you can...

thanks for the e mails
last night did not sleep thinking my dad friend.
eating is in pits again had just started to gain weight
and eat better.tonight will go back and take my
anti deprssiontion med that the dr took me off
now 5 steps back samm
