Hello mindmadness: Well... STOP!
![]() I don't know what it is that is driving you to do this. That would be something for a mental health professional to help you figure out. Hi Mindmadness, The Skeezyks is right! The only way to stop is stop.
I don't say this lightly because and habitual behaviour is hard to stop but no one else can stop for you. Is there any way you could take a break for a few days where you don't go online at all? That could give you a head start. You might find this link helpful. It's on a site to help people who self harm, but I think the principle would apply to your behaviour as well. Both are "addictive" or compulsive habits. Surfing the urge | LifeSIGNS Best of luck and all good wishes. ![]()
