hi all
i am now dreaming of lost loved ones and it is painfull i have no idea what this means? is it because i need hlep and they are visiting me to tel al is well or some other unkown meaning? |

(((((((((((samm)))))))))) it could be part of a grieving process tht you are going thru. or some do believe that those passed on do visit with us in our dreams. idk, just see it as a blessing that you have been able to see them.

I'm so sorry you're hurting, samm. My therapist has been helping me with a similar issue for a while, as I still have very vivid dreams involving someone dear to me who's been gone for a little over a year now. I'm trying to view the dreams in a positive light -- that his energy still exists, and even though it's no longer present in the form I recognized & loved, I can still connect with it. Maybe you can draw comfort & strength from your dream connection with your loved ones as well?
