I said I wasn't going to post anymore, but I feel like I need to tell everyone on PC this, especially on this forum. Plus, I'm a walking contradiction anyway, why change up the pattern?

Look, you guys are all worth something. The fact that you're all coming together and helping each other on the site, the way you do, that makes each and every one of you good. Even if you don't see it, you have that redeeming quality. You don't deserve what's happening to you, don't let anyone tell you otherwise including yourself. For me, my own mind can be my worst enemy. Every tiny mistake I make, I insult and put myself so far down I'm about to reach this planet's core. However, for every insult I tell myself, I force myself to find a way to compliment who I am. It's easy for me to believe myself to be the worst person I've ever known, too easy. If I compliment myself enough and work at my flaws enough, I can get better. Truth is, no I'm not a great person, but I also have to tell myself, "Hey, maybe I'm not so bad." That's the goal. Because the truth is, everyone in this world can leave me, no one is bound to be with me forever; except me. And if that's the case, I better start learning to at least like myself, right? I'm stuck with this person, I'm stuck with who I am; no one else. Who cares about their expectations, I need to care about mine. If I don't like something: Change it, no matter how long it takes.
Guys, I just want you all to know that you're worth your own affection. You're worth any love you can give yourself. You are worth it.

"Remember the moment you know exactly where you're going 'cause the next moment you know it, time is slowing and it's frozen still. And that window sill really looks nice, right? You think twice about your life, it probably happens at night, right? Fight it, take the pain ignite it. Tie a noose around your mind enough to breathe fine and tie it to a tree. Tell it, 'You belong to me, this ain't a noose, this is a leash and I have news for you, you must obey me'." -Twenty One Pilots, Holding Onto You.

Think back to your earliest memories of being a toddler. Don't you remember liking yourself? Don't you remember just looking at yourself in the mirror and liking who you are?

Let go of all the things that were said and done that caused you this faulty thinking of disliking yourselves.

Humans are so complicated, but we are just animals.

Thanks for saying it, So.

Every now and then, I have re-read what I posted here. Give myself some good advice and remind myself so that maybe I can be okay later.
