I'm hoping the world doesn't have to put up with this bear much longer.

Not that I'm not [ good enough ] I simply do not belong in this world..

Fuzzy,
What has helped you in the past? I get that your options are limited, but you are loved and needed.
My t has had me doing a visualization where I thank the emotion that has overwhelmed me and then remind that emotion that I am now in charge. It is a little simplistic, but seems to be effective in my case.
I hope this helps a little bit. I almost feel foolish saying anything, but I feel a bit more steady... even after a long, emotional session yesterday.

Thanks guiltier, sometimes I pick up helpful tips from other people or other people's t's
(Finding a good t over here is like wading through crap from a million polar bears.. and dodging being eaten by them. )

I can't imagine coming here and you not being here either - and some others too

I get tired of the crap from humans (especially doctors irl as you know )
(They really are scarily bad over here, so many of them.. I know there are plenty of bad doctors everywhere ... just ugh.. )

Their "advice" is so often both useless and conflicting yet so many of them need to see a Shrink big time to "manage" their massive egos.

Bad bad fuzzy..

Smart smart Fuzzy to be so perceptive. Many people think their docs are gods. Many of them are just egomaniacs who do more harm than good. Finding a good one is hard work.

And...
There would be a FuzzyBear size hole in the world if you weren't here.
