Who said that? That it is just about meds? How can't they have alternatives for you?

Hi Fuzzy. It stinks that medication isn't an option for you because it can help, but there are other things out there besides pharmaceuticals.

Have you tried exercise? I know it's not a cure for mental health issues, but exercise truly is a natural anti-depressant that is worth taking advantage of. It definitely improves my mood!

I am just very upset because Fuzzy should not be let alone with this, it is like the system does not care about people. But the system is composed of people. They are not doing their work if they don't look for alternative solutions.

Fuzzy if all meds cause problems it makes me think its the additives in them rather than the actual therapeutic drug itself ? Xxxxxx
