I'm not talking to my family, I feel I have no one. I'm very suicidal at the moment, and scared of what the near future brings. I feel I have nothing to live for, and that I only have struggles ahead of me in the future. I just know I can't take any more struggles, I need some hope to hang on to now, but there is nothing. I don't really know what to do. I just want to end it all.

Sorry to hear that you are struggling so much. If you feel like you may act on these suicidal urges, please call a crisis line or go to the emergency room. You will be safe.

Do you have a therapist or psychiatrist? Any friends, including online friends? Just wondering what your support network currently looks like. It is not easy to go through this, especially when you're alone.
Thanks for this!

Hello MatBell: I'm sorry you are experiencing so much despair. (I've been there a couple of times.) Suicide echoes down through the years & gives others permission to make the same choice.

One of the hallmarks of suicidal thinking is that the person's focus narrows to the point where they feel they simply have no other options which is, it sounds like, what is happening to you. But the reality is there are always other alternatives even though you can't see them at the moment.

Please reach out, in real life, for the help you need. And keep posting here on PC too... maybe participate in some of the upcoming chats, if you're not already doing so. That can help too. I send hugs your way with the hope that you will be able to find deep peace within...

I agree with what Skeezyks said,... that suicide can echo down the years and others may be more likely to take that route as well

I also agree pc chats can be helpful

Thank you for caring. But I've tried everything and I'm so ****ing tired. It's hard. I just have to get the courage to do it.

I'm very alone with this. I can't break through, I can't keep living like this.
