Nobody cares about me - but that's ok because thet should not. I am like a disease to mankind - I make things bad that were good and worse if they were already bad, and I don't even have to try or know how - it's just what I was designed to do.

Nobody wants to listen to me - but why should they? All I do is make things bad .. so why bother with me?

Why do I remain?

I'm here. Im listening. I'm sorry you're in so much pain. Please dont let your mind trick you into believing all the bad things it tells you.

I can tell you one thing for sure. You remain, coz, you are a survivor. This world has become an unreasonably unsurvivavble place. Not everybody has the strength to make it to the next day. You're here. You're reaching out for answers, for help. that tells me you haven't given up. and that is big.
Thanks for this!

But I am told looking for answers isn't always healthy. Thank you for saying I am a survivor .. I have made it through a lot but right now I don't care about all that .. just wish it was all over..

I don't know if I've given up ... but I know I've not given in.

i'm in a same place as you are. Lost in the darkness so dark i wonder if i'll ever see the light again. Normal life is so far out of reach, if i start running now, i may still never be able to catch up to it again.

I broke through that darkness for a long enough period of time recently, that even though I am covered in darkness again I can still use the memories of what the light felt like when the darkness left. By doing that I am able to keep the darkness pushed away most of the time. From time to time I cannot though - either due to stress or exhaustion or depression. I am sorry you are still going through that huge valley of darkness I too travelled through in order to get to this place. I spent 28 years in pure misery. Now I revisit that misery from time to time, but I will never forget the torment of being in constant misery. If you need someone to talk to, look me up - I will listen n offer any advice I can.

Take care.

*hugs*

It is kind of you to offer that. I may take you up on it someday. You see, you are not a bad person. You are a good person. Don't let someone tell you otherwise. Not even your own mind.

I haven't experienced you like this ..(first post in the thread). I don't have any Wise words but thinking of you
(Grr at autocorrect. Wise was not meant to be in caps and I don't have time to correct it..)
This doesn't mean I don't have time for you - today is a weird day.,
(What day isn't for furrypaws )
