So I'm napping and probably for the first time ever, I have a dream in which I'm really happy... me having a great girlfriend in the end, and other stuff. I actually had that kinda "physical" feeling of "inner" happiness. Same feeling I usually had when I was in the US when i was a kid(dunno if and why that's relevant). After waking up, I figured this was my subconscious's way of compensating for the sadness and or or stress. That's what really made me feel bad. That I had that only in a dream. After I woke up the feeling started to fade away. That's what scares me slightly. Now I'm going to bed hoping to continue that dream, probably just so I'd get that feeling...

Just wanted to share this...

The memory of happiness is still there, even if it only appeared in a dream.
I would like to think that's a hopeful sign.

Thank you Rohag. I really want it to be more than just a memory; i really wish it becomes a future. And hopeful is all i have now, i guess.

I've had dreams like that and they are so vivid. I didn't want to wake up. I hope the happiness you felt in your dreams does come true for you in real life.

Hi never. happy

Well, on one hand I am real pleased for you that you got to feel that way again, but on the other I imagine it can have made the way you feel even worse when you woke up to find yourself........but if you can maybe kind of cherish that dream/hold it as signigficant, as a reminder that there could be possibilities out there........that might not be your reality right now, but in the future those things or other things that could engender the same feelings in you could be out there..........
I don't know maybe there are things you need to get through first............depression.........but don't give up that hope/reminder of the possibility of "something more", hey?
