Have a lot going on. Would love the release of not being here anymore but I don't truly want to end my life. Just want to fix my mess of anxiety, bungled finances and no job. Wish I could wave my magic wand. Sigh.

I understand. You don't want to die but you want the pain and overwhelming feelings and challenges to stop. You're not alone. I've been there (recently). Keep fighting. You're worth it. Hope you start feeling better soon.

Sorry to hear you feel down. Remember that everything in life ebbs and flows. I'm in a state of flux myself and whenever I feel bad, I get resourceful.

I don't know your work history etc. or if you're on disability. But, every city in the U.S. has what's called a Workforce Center, which offers free job hunting assistance. Ever go to a Workforce Center in your city? Also, your county will have employment counselors that can help you, if you seek financial assistance via food stamps, or emergency financial assistance. There's also a slew of nonprofit agencies built to help people in your situation. There's free counseling centers, free employment help, free financial counseling services too. You don't need a magic wand, just an internet connection. That information is at your finger tips. I hope this helps.
Thanks for this!

No matter the problem your life is worth more , finances and jobs can be fixed , all relationships can be mended , do you have a Therapist, anxiety can be made better , getting to the root cause is important , deciphering it and any triggers will help you overcome it .

You can have 100 jobs , 1000 bank accounts, but just one life, even when it hurts or your anxiety is on over drive it is still better than giving it all up .
If you need to distract yourself from these feelings get a rubber band put it on your wrist and every time you feel like harming yourself give it a snap.
It's a Therapist approved method !
Anxiety is just like pain, it's the bodies early warning system ,saying "hey look over here and check out what's going on" some anxiety just like pain is "normal" ,but lots of it demands attention .
And distractions from anxiety can be anything my G/F used to run a bath with epsom salts and go lay in it , with her favorite tunes, sometimes it helped her a lot the magnesium is great for the body and mind. YMMV
Thanks for this!

Allow yourself some time to grieve ,after a death everything that's bad or irritating in this world gets amped up, that's to be expected .they best thing in the world to remember is grief comes in stages ,and just because you think you finished one doesn't mean you have ! They can happen out of order and sometimes repeat themselves , grief is definitely not a linear thing or something that can be rushed .
Thanks for this!
