I AM SO FED UP

I just wrote a long post in psychotherapy, it didn't go in for some reason - the icing on the cake for my awful day.

maybe it's a good job it didn't go - i was ranting about how i hate banks and i'll have another sleepless night worrying about everything all over again cos nothing was sorted today. we have o change our telephone number because of the bullying calls we are getting we have to tell EVERYONE we know and some others the new number, everything is too much right now i cant cope.
therapy was just a blur I was numb, she said it's because my mind has switched off it cant take any more right now. I told her a really bad memory, a flashback, a couple of dreams and the fact I thought I saw my abuser on Sunday. I felt nothing. I dont understand this.

anyway, i just had to tell whoever is interested. sorry.

I am sorry you have had a tough day.

For writing posts, if I'm writing a long one or something I think is important, I'll copy it first (using the computer that is) and then if it isn't submitted and I lose the info, I can just paste it - quite simple. It makes it a lot easier if your webpage ditches everything into cyberspace. With mozilla firefox, at least, anything written is retained when a page fails to load properly - so you don't have to type the info again.

I hope therapy helped you somewhat anyway, and that tomorrow is a better day

I'm sorry jinnyann that you having to cope with so much. Going through therapy is tough enough without the added stresses aswell.

I too suffer horrendous memories and flashbacks every single day. Some days are better than others.

((((((((hugs)))))ty everyone. We actually opened a new account today thank goodness. Now its the changing of details to companies and direct debits etc to do. long sigh.

i am going to leave most of it to tony and just do the internet stuff.

I have loads of vegetables and some lovely steak I just fancy good old english beef stew, so I'm going to take my time and prepare it all nice and fresh with a bit of beer in it mm tasty. I find it theraputic sometimes to cook what I enjoy.....
