sometimes there just aren't the words.

I hope I don't come across as cavalier in the variance in some of my postings. I do sometimes have rapid moods. Forgive my silly humor you may see in passing; It helps me cope. It helps me go on and move forward. It does make a difference for me. If only I could make a difference for you.

Thank you for being there for me. You have never come off as cavalier. Just as caring.

There is a way out. You will run into dead ends. You will end up frustrated and dizzy. This is how life can feel like. But only if you allow it to.

I compare life to being stuck in a maze. People are like the walls of a maze. They will confuse you, pull you into their drama, and run you in circles. And like shifting mazes, some people will purposely turn their back on you ... so you will be stuck in this unhappy maze (with them) forever.

When you have a plan in place, you'll be able to leave this dizzying maze. When you leave the maze behind, you will then see how beautiful life is. You will look back and you say, "Gosh, why did I allow myself to be in that hellish situation for so long?"

Believe it or not, many of us can choose if we want to live in a maze, or live in a bubble with people who love us. Deciphering the difference between the two takes practice, heartache, and heart-break. If you focus and stay sharp, the exit to the maze can be found very quickly. You will then enter a bubble of happiness.

Please do not tell me this.

You do not know me. If you did, you would know control has been taken from me. You can tell me "take control back". Sure, that's easy to say. In fact, I did that once. You know what good it did me? None.

You do not know my life. It has not been "one situation". Do you truly think a person "chooses" rape? To have her mother die when she is just a child? To have weapons pointed at her? I could go on. Yes, We can choose our reactions. But you know - that takes time. Try going through abuse and trauma one right after another within weeks or months of each other. Do you think that's enough time to heal? Then - have people tell you "your life isn't that bad, get over it", ppl that are supposed to know - like therapists. Then have things clear up for a few years - get a taste of happiness, of what "ups n downs in life" means rather than just "misery of life" - only to have it yanked out from under you again.

Try doing all that. Give yourself 31 years to do it in - 28 of which is constant torment. Then come back and tell me it was choice. Only - in your case it would have been, cuz you opted to try it.
