Oh my I'm so down
so very deep down nowhere to hide on a spiral slide feel like crying heart is dying why why why just want to cry get this knot out scream, yell, shout put me to sleep weep weep weep positivity flown anxiety grown I should value this gift of life, I need a lift. solitude I need my spirit needs feed with injections of smiles I need to go miles just to survive to stay alive. something, someone, I need help but how, can't help myself not right now..... want my grandad.......my guardian angel........     not Jinny someone else don't know who |

Thankyou so so much for all your support.I feel a little better due to my daughter, her friend, Nina and my son and of course the support here, I just feel like blanking the prolems and burying my head in the sand.
