I took a Seroquel last night
 I’ve got several “medical appointments” coming up which freak me out. It’s possible they won’t be as bad as I’m thinking .. I’ve probably got GAD (amongst other things )There are so many mixed reviews etc of Seroquel I only took 50mg last night. The doctor originally wanted me to take 200mg X.R. (This doctor has left) Are you driving the bus little turtle? Who is driving the bus? Good question

Fuzzy, did the Seroquel help you sleep?
Also, a word of advice. Don't google med side effects. They all have potentially horrible ones, and it will just make your anxiety worse. |

Supposedly, some “just need to toughen up and deal”
But some don’t.. Ok ...  Frankly, that’s nonsense, and not exactly helpful
