There is nobody who can help me. I want help but I don't know how to get it. It's such a cruel world . Better if I leave this world. It will be my only escape from this torture and this lonely existence

Sorry you are feeling so bad.

I don’t know anything about your situation. Are you on Meds and if so,maybe you need an adjustment. Has anything happened lately to slap you this far down? Do your really have no one to ask to? Do have a therapist? If not maybe try getting one. I hope you feel better soon.

I stopped taking my medication . I have a care-cordinator but she hasn't contacted me for 6 weeks . Now my phone recently broke and I don't have her number . I feel like I have nobody to talk to or to help me . Even if I start taking my medication again it won't work for 1 month and I don't feel like I can survive for that long going through this .

Well stopping your medication could probably be the reason you feel so bad. Why did you do that? Were you feeling OK and thought you didn’t need it? Just curious I’m not judging you. If you feel like you need more immediate help please try to contact your therapist or even go to an emergency room so you can get back on Meds.

I find it hard to leave my home . Going out makes me anxious . But it was snowing too when my medication ran out . I couldn't make my self go out . So I didn't get any medication. Then time passed and it's been quite a while since I've taken any medication. I could start taking it again but I know it takes 1 month to start working . I can't cope 1 whole month feeling how I feel so I just don't take it . I'm not sure why I don't just take it , even i could feel better in a month but I'm in a downward spiral and I just don't take it .

I want the doctor's to prescribe me something that starts working immediately but the always refuse . Then I get angry and don't want to take the stupid medications that they give me because they don't seem to work

I am sorry you are suffering.

Maybe get your meds and start taking it; a month will pass before you know it.
Holding off on meds is not getting you anywhere.

Take it a step at a time.

Stay safe.

I'd go with Wild Coyote's/Shazerac's advice & start the meds again - as well as losing the help of the meds, your body may become accustomed to them & is struggling more because of that. Additionally, some meds take a while to fully exit your system, so it might take less time for them to start having an effect again.

Did you have any luck with that email? I think that they generally respond within a day.

Can you pick up the phone? Maybe call an ambulance if you can’t stand the idea of going out on your own.

Yes, summon up all your strength and do what you need to do to start those meds again please, cryingontheinside. I went through a similar very dark patch for one year when I came off meds, so I decided to go back on them. And maybe because I'd just been through hell but after going back on meds I could really tell the difference, and I'm still on them. I still struggle by anyone else's standards, but by my standards I feel a sense of relief and hope. I can even laugh at times. You can do it. Going outside is hard but go through the pain, you'll be home in no time and just keep fighting cryingontheinside until you begin to feel better. And you will.

I wish that l had words guaranteed to summon up comfort, but mote said pretty much what I planned - the meds have not fixed me, but they've kept me out of the really dark place & given me the space to function.
