I just shared something (with a not so close friend)

I’m not expecting a supportive reply (Not anyone here)

Why do people suck so much (Not everyone)

my wife tells me this morning----"there is nothing wrong with you except that you
think there is something wrong"

wow---very interesting...I have a mental illness....there is something wrong with me...
I have very little confidence...it got lost after my PANIC problem...

Some people have little or no empathy for others.
If other people decide there is nothing wrong with us, we are still AS IS....

I agree.. some people have no empathy for others, or very little

And if other people decide there is nothing wrong with us, or there is everything wrong with us... that’s about them. And we are still AS IS

People who revert to that black and white thinking.. judging others as “weak” etc - it’s so boring. Most people are multifaceted, and a colourful mix.. (Not all though when they attack or judge people for no “good” reason )
(Not anyone here but some “professionals” in this forest )

fuzzy you are right...when they say weak in a negative sense...
but I was so weak when I broke down...I was very very weak...
I needed help and there was help...some people helped me...some hurt me..
it is not black and white...

I would rather have lost a leg than my mind..

it has been a little over 2 weeks since I lowered my celexa
from 5 mg to 2.5mg every day....so far I am doing better...
but I know some time an awful FEAR will come...and is it
depression coming back...I don't know..
I think I am most afraid of going "crazy"...I have not been
psychotic but it seems like a terrible experience...

I took Seroquel for a few nights, and it helped somewhat. I didn’t take much notice of a rash on one cheek. I use baby aveeno, the only cream I’m not allergic to... The rash is still there and has spread a bit. I’m almost certain it’s from the Seroquel.

“No confidence. Perceives as problem”

This is part of the notes written during a spectacularly unhelpful “consultation”

I didn’t say I had NO confidence. But if I had....how could that NOT be a “problem”

How could skin lesions on a pretty young bear NOT impact bear’s life.

Or skin lesions on anyone.

I guess I'm "F.I.N.E." too.

Little Turtle, if you manage to wean completely off the Celexa, would you then not be taking any psychotropics?
