I just want to stick my head in a MRI scanner. Find out what's wrong with me. My mental health has improved noticeably but I'm still as anxious and depressed as ever since I was a child. I'm still jittery and shaky like before and I honestly don't know how to control this mess.

I'm this close to going to my college campus counselor for help because honestly I don't know what I can do from there. There is something wrong with me, and I think I can officially say I need medical help & advice. I can't do this anymore by myself... I'm in my 3rd year of college - my depression likes to come and hit me as it comes in a cycle - and for some reason, because of me, I'm failing 3 of my classes right now. It's terrible...

I'm glad you're improving... sends you hugs
If you're on the fence about getting help, I think you should, but make sure the person you're talking to means well for you.
I understand that even if your mental health is improving there can be parts causing you anxiety and depression that it's hard to get at...
Would you happen have a support network of friends who you can be honest about this with?
Can you build some barriers to quell the consequences of your depression so that it doesn't hit you as hard and has less to feed off of?
Have you been or would you be interested in looking around to see if you fit the characteristics of any mental health-affecting diagnosis?

My third year in college was really difficult... I wound up being hospitalized twice. I knew something was wrong, and even though it scared the h*** out of me, I finally went to my campus therapist and asked for help. I think if you feel like something is wrong, listen to yourself. There's nothing wrong for realizing that something is wrong. Try going to your college camp counselor and talking to them, or to any professional and talk to them. I hope this helps.

Thank you but to be completely honest, I can't confide in my family nor my friends with my deep-rooted problems. I've also learned my lesson with telling my friends about my problems because, well, to put simply I've never been taken seriously. I've tried to maintain control (build barriers), but I feel like it's not enough.

I'd love to see if I fit into some kind of diagnosis ^^ That's why I've considered meeting with a school counselor because this isn't a fight I can't fight alone anymore...

I'm happy that something negative turned positive for you I have to agree with you, I don't want to fail anymore tests. I don't want to affect my GPA nor my mental health any more at this point. Thank you ^_^
