My best friend IRL had to tell him to lay off me tonight because he was picking a fight in front of EVERYONE including my daughter

I'm rather low about my husband's behavior right now too.

My boss was unecessarily nasty and mean to me yesterday.

It's hard to know why we're here, when we are getting undue grief at both ends of our lives.

This is NOT a good form of thought, Jinny!! (((((((((jinny))))))))) Hugs and warm wishes. Please think about that sentence. I lived with an %ss who was 100% right 100% of the time and put me down even in front of his family. Finally, niggleing in the back of my mind a thought formed that I COULDN'T possibly be wrong 100% of the time!!! No one can. I hope I havent said something wrong, I just care when I see things like that. I am kinda hypersensitive and I hope you take no offense in my words.

we can choose (sometimes) what to focus on Jinny... remember you are a person seperate but connected to others... when your own energy levels diminish it is time to assess what things are causing those drains... living should be self-energizing and a happy time for us... between the downs shoud be long periods of grace and joy..

while we should consider others, its important to consider our own self as well... to live life in its fullest, remember the person whio exists inside you... feed and nurture the person well...

when we are ill it is difficult to know and understand what we need for ourselves, i'm certain those who truly love us and truly care will want our own person to be happy and fulfilled...

sometimes things get lost along the way... but time is a blessing we all can access... it is never to late to re-build...
