I cant do it alone anymore.
Please, i need someone to push me to live and survive every day. I dont know how to do it alone anymore. |

Thanks. I just feel the need of having someone checking on me to see if im still alive or not, or if i managed to go to work and do my job or not, how i am, or if i gave in to my addictions or not.
I know its very unlikely i can get this from anyone, but i hoped in a forum, having a lot of people using it, that there could be someone doing this, helping me with my day... i have a T but she cant do that. Actually no one but my family but i dont want them to ask and know how i am or how hard it is for me... every day, every hour, ebery minute... |

Im trying to understand who i am, what i need and how to get it. I mostly feel alone and unworthy and torn because i have needs. I wish i didnt...

Dear Sinking, everyone has needs. You wouldn’t be human if u didn’t. It sounds like you’re in really dire straits right now tho. Is there an ER u can go to to get some relief? Sounds like you’re in need of some serious longterm help after that tho...

Mopey, the promise i made to my boss to not end up at the hospital/clinic is what is bothering me the most because then i have to keep going even if i dont want to and have to "behave myself" to prevent a crisis, but i NEED a crisis. and i dont feel bad enough to be in one. nels, thank you for your suggestion. maybe i'll get the book but right now eve reading is too much for me. today im feeling a little better. it always happens. weekends are ok, its week days that are harder to bear. im going to rest now, thank you all for your support ![]() |

Dear, remember that the world will continue to go around, the sun rise and set down, seconds, minutes, hours and days will pass, even if we live in a troubled moment, even if we have no gope, at that moment. We are part of this and it would be better to tale advantage of every moment. The routine is safe, when you are down, because there are things, as your job, that you MUST do. When you feel your thoughts are coming, start do somethin else, go outside, start cooking, take yourself busy, speak to someone on you street (a waiter, a clerk, your barman). Tell them something simple happened to you, an inconveniet of daily life, bevaute they will tell you something else, and you will start a conversatione. Nobody has to feel what are tou feeling, we have to be in peace and self-confident that we are the right person in the right place, and we can change what’s wrong. Have hope. |
