Cute cat! He looks like my Jazzy. I have two. One is a stray I took in recently. I have 5 litter boxes for them. They keep me busy.

This morning I am worn out. My back is bothering me. I have fed the cats and cleaned litter boxes. I didn't sleep well and I'm too tired to do anything else. I ordered groceries, so later I will put them away. Also I will set up my new coffee maker. Hope everyone is doing well. It's Friday... time to get ready for the weekend. Yay!

Yesterday was good! I was able to eat healthy and to walk outside for 30 minutes + visiting the grocery shop.

Today (Friday) I am only resting (but watch my meals).

I am doing the laundry. I cooked last night and will make salad for dinner tonight. I also exercised this morning and yesterday. I am losing weight still despite eating pasta and bread last night. I am doing well. I'm taking care of my father while my mother is gone. I have much to do.

I am satisfied with what I did yesterday. I did reach my walking goal and my healthy eating goal!

Today (Sunday) I will take it easy, may be some time in the sun or something else; perhaps reading a book. I always visit a church on Sundays!

Be well all!

Some of my plans for Monday:

- Up early
- Brunch with friends
- Voluntary work
- Buy a pizza on my way home (I will probably be so tired that I will not have energy to make healthy food, so the pizza will help me to at least have something to eat for dinner)
- Rest when I come home
- Decide according to energy if I will participate in a meeting in the evening or not.

Best wishes to all!

Saturday was hard. I tried to quit vaping... and failed. Most of the day I slept. Sunday I showered, cleaned litter boxes and washed clothes. Today I am doing light duty around the house. Mainly relaxing. Hope everyone is well.

I ordered groceries, took out the trash and had maintenance come by for repairs. It was a full day. I took a couple of naps. Will try to go to bed early. Tomorrow I hope to go to the pharmacy.

Yesterday was light duty and relaxation. The pharmacy brought my meds to me. I tried the delivery program but there was an issue, so they just dropped it off for me. I'm glad. It meant I didn't have to leave my house. Today I hope to wash dishes and change out the auto litter box. Those are my main goals. I might try to paint rocks. Hope everyone is doing well.

Today is a day of semi-relaxation for me. I’ve noticed that when I have an active day like yesterday...I have to rest or take it easy the day after mentally. I plan on making a few phone calls, eating healthy and doing my affirmations/visualization/meditation today but mostly resting.

Warm wishes to all.

Had a busy day. I spent time taking care of doctor appointments and other administrative affairs. I cleaned litter boxes, played with the cats, emptied the trash, cleaned off the kitchen counter, cooked lunch and opened packages. Today I plan to do the dishes and organize the cat toys.

Accomplished my main goals this morning. Did the dishes, changed out the auto litter box, cleaned off the kitchen counters and organized some cat toys. For the rest of the day I will go easy... just light duty. Hope everyone has a good day!

So my new plan goes like this (I will try to make it as realistic as possible):

Each morning: Swish and swipe in the bathroom.

Monday: Gymnastics early in the morning, (Work in home if time and energy). My priority for the day is Brunch with friends and sometimes volunteer work afterward.
Tuesday: Hiking in the mountains with friends
Wednesday:
Am probably tiered after the hike the day before. Will rest until lunch. After Lunch work in the home for one to two hours.
Thursday: Gymnastics in a group
. After that work in the home for one or two hours
Friday
:Walk in the neighborhood. After that work in the home for one to two hours
Saturday:
Masage 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off, until the whole body has had it's masage.

Each day after lunch I will do Autogenic Training while I use self-hypnosis about being mindful during the day.

Journaling in the evening.

(Work in the home will only be done only on Wedensdays, Thursdays and Fridays, one to two hours each day. That is: three to six hours a week. It is important that I remember that this is all the time that is to my diposition, so I don't get disapointed over too little done.

Evaluation once a week.

EVALUATION:

I am on my way with the program, but it is some "distance" until the goals are reached.

I have felt very tired the last weeks. May be that what I thought was healthy, was not the best. The two last days I have changed my breakfasts. I ate eggs and a few very small fried sausages, coffee and a glass of milk. This made a difference in my wellbeing.

I didn't feel so tired and I felt enrgized. I hope to keep up this good habit. It is an example about how nutrition can have an impact on our feelings.

I have a very long road to go before the "swish and swipe" habit sits.

My Monday routine went well with the exception of the gymnastics. The other days my focus has been on "right food" for me and on being able to walk in the neighborhood.

For the next week I will continue to keep my focus on "swish and swipe", right combo of nutrition, walk every day from 30 to 40 minutes and I hope to participate in the hiking with my friends once a week again. (Hope for me)!

..........

The rest of this day I will unpack some old boxes, then eat dinner and after that rest (see TV, read or something else) before I load the dishwasher.

..........

Tomorrow: I will focus on nutrition and a walk in the neighborhood first and foremost.

May you all be well!

I've been very depressed and I've had a hard time doing anything. This morning I feel like things are piling up on me. I want to get motivated to clean litter boxes, open mail and take a shower. Those are my main goals. And maybe take the trash out. Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend.

I feel better this afternoon. I cleaned the litter boxes, took care of my meds, picked up around the house and went thru the mail.

I hoovered today and put a load of washing on. I had to rewash it because I had left it in the machine since Thursday. It's still in the machine now, but I will get it out soon.
