Every week I look forward to the aftermath of my cleaning; sparkle. I tried a set schedule: the floors every Monday, the kitchen every Sunday night and the windows and dusting on Thursday, ek. But I found it much easier to do one simple task every day, as needed. Once you get in the habit of doing that task, the next time you do it, it gets more simple, and you can add more to it. If I try to clean too many hours at a time, I get tired and can't finish. I do my best not to overwhelm myself.

Today I’m going to try to get something done that I have been putting off for a couple of weeks now - namely to get rid of the pot with the dead avocado tree that has been gracing the front porch. I need to get the rocks out of it, remove and cut up the dead tree, get residual soil out of the pot, and then clean the

This has been quite a day!
![]() I have used the day to take care of myself (grocery, nutrition, filling in prepared schedules (printed), charted, wrote in a former diary and not to forget; gymnastics). Plans for Friday: - Try to be mindful during the day, use printed schedules and logging nutrition. - 08:00 Up, stretch my body, thank God for the new day. - 08:30 - 09:30 Breakfast and Light Bulb. - Gymnastics - Hygiene - Set a time to call my doctor to have my eyes examined. - Grocery and Pharmacy - Lunch one hour - Do the dishwashing (amount according to energy) My very best wishes to each one of you! ![]() |
