I failed this semester. This means once my parents get to acknowledge that I have failed, they will not allow me to use my computer at least for a year or so (till I clear this year...) It's a shame really, I have proof that I got A in zoology-I but failed in botany-II, geology-I and geology-II.

Oh, I... just noticed I've passed due to ATKT. I failed in four papers, not three, and I failed in physical chemistry... oh man, I always knew I was for medicine and not pure sciences.

I so hate that!!! Maybe they won't be this hard on you? You can let them know that you need your computer to help you with your studies, and see if they will let you be social on it for a certain amount of time a day?

Mickey, I can try to convince them, but it's not 100% or even 50% certain it's gonna work. Eventually, the chances will increase. But one thing I can say for sure is I'll not be as active as I used to. Thank you, I will miss you too.

It feels like I live in an atomic orbital sometimes. Heiseinberg's uncertainty principle. What I say are approximations and expectations. They're gonna find out tomorrow (Monday) that the result is already declared online. I feel like they're gonna restrict or perhaps end my access to the internet.

My mind is a constantly changing place. It's very dynamic. Now I want to go to med school.... I am not sure what I will say a month later, but the thing is unfortunately I cannot stop thinking and so I will always weigh ups and downs. For a while I want to get into medicine, then something terrible happens to me (I realize how clumsy I am), think it's better to not go into medicine and the cycle repeats after I see others suffer or I suffer myself.

For now I am dead set on going into medicine and hopefully living a better life soon. All I want to do is get into MBBS, no specialty or practice thoughts, as they nearly ended my chances of getting into medicine. Wish me luck, I need to study hard and be lucky as well to get admitted in med school.

I hope they allow you to use the computer, Chemist, we'll miss you

You never fail to cheer me up, Thirty.

This isn't a setback, I've opened a new door for myself. The one which I always wanted to get through, MEDICINE. I've got fairly decent grades on the life sciences as well as inorganic chem, and I won't boast but I think my psych is right, I can do medicine and the best time to do would be NOW.

Just get a small cheap used tablet or chromebook off eBay, hide it from them, and use McDonalds or school WiFi. Problem solved for the computer issue.

I hope things get better for your studies though. IDK how you do it when I can barely manage Associate's level schoolwork.

Haha, I think you forgot I am not from the US. No hard feelings. Here, well, ummm I can try a friend's phone for internet but I don't know if this website supports Android.

Many countries have places with public WiFi though, right?

At least your school should have WiFi? Or even computers with internet access?


This site should work with an Android hotspot. I've done it a couple of years ago back when I had a brief issue with homelessness and later on when I moved into my old apartment because I couldn't yet afford the deposits for an internet connection.

Also, I fail to see why you couldn't log on this site directly through an Android browser. Does it not work? I haven't tried myself but if it doesn't work than something really should be done about it.


PC would be losing a lot of potential traffic by not having a mobile friendly site since there are now more people browsing the internet on mobile devices than computers.

To be brutally honest everything is static, nothing is changing, at least practically. But a few good people have advised me to not wonder away from my aim to help people and that I should focus on the aim and not my current situation.

Just take my advice and tell your parents to shove it and get your own computer if it's their computer you're using.


That is how I handled my parents when they tried to take my computer away.
