Always cried buckets of tears
related to fears
non left right now
so far to the brow
of that hill
I climb still.
Lost in a haze
been downward for days,
Dreams are so rife
ghosts from my life
are reaching with hate
trying to relate
to keep them away
not working today
mind like a spiral
thoughts which are viral
infecting my being
only darkness I'm seeing
no parents left
feeling bereft
they want to see me
cant cope with that scene.
They both trigger pain
driving me insane.

Jx no tears to cry....

no tears to cry.... Jinny sometimes it is so hard to cry on the outside when you are crying inside, I know. But when the tears can somehow make it to the front and center of all that pain, it somehow washes away some of that hurt.

I find the times where i can't express my feelings are the worst no tears to cry.... You feel everything building up inside you, and feel like it's never going to stop.... but it does, it just takes patience.
Hang in there, and try not to focus so much on the crying, but on what you can do to remedy how you're feeling. The tears will come naturally ... they always do.
no tears to cry.... no tears to cry....

I am glad you posted here. We are all here struggling with depression and other issues, but one thing we all share in common is the need to talk to someone who understands. I think this has helped more than anything else, just to know someone else is listening and understanding and caring enough to post and let that us know they care. I hope you keep posting. I care about you.

I'm glad you're feeling some better. I wish I could let out some tears as well. It would release some tension and frustration that I feel inside.
