on top of everything else now I have a cold and it hurts when I cough. i went to the doctor today and he said just drink liquids and didn't give me anything else. my legs ache so I put a pair of tights on and it helps alittle of course nobody knows i like to wear them or have some

my cold is better, my throat is not as bad, still have the cough and the pain from the accident is really starting to kick in. as for my accident, it turns out the person that hit me was a friend of my parents and I've met them a few times, but at the scene they didn't know who I was, but i was knocked out so I have no idea if they even looked at me. i keep having flashbacks and i get very depressed and i don't think it will ever go away.

Ariesmars, Although, I did not know you before, I look forward to knowing you now. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers and I will ask for your healing to go fast and your pain to lessen. I am good at pretending everything is all right, by just gritting my teeth and just charging ahead and getting through the rough spots, but inside I am afraid of failure and getting critized for things I do. I doing much better physically, but I do need some hugs right now. My parents keep telling me that I can't sue because I had limited tort. I've read about it and it says you can't sue for pain and suffering, but you can sue for damages and medical bills. Insurance paid me the blue book value for my car, and the bills are being paid by the hospital, but if I win any money it will be use to repay the bills. So can I still sue for price of the medical bills and the value of my car, even though I got money from insurance? This issue is making me very sad, because if I can't sue for anything then those that caused me all this are getting away.

How is everyone? I'm ok, considering. Has anyone ever thought of or said this "I'm sorry for living"? That is what I'm feeling right now.
