I’m just so frustrated with this vague feeling of being unhappy. I can’t really put it into words so I don’t even know how to tell my counselor about it. I’m just feeling unsettled like, a n general.

I’m noone to diagnosed but it seems as a recurrent depression. Last researches in depression have shown that a person who repeats his/her first depression, tends to have recurrent episodes. It’s a response we have to deal with something that it’s the cause of our problem.
Did you have the opportunity to work with psychotherapy, also a change in the antidepressants could be tested by your psychiatrist.
