I’m sorry that you are feeling depressed since Saturday. Have you thought about looking up positive quotes about self harm and depression? Sometime that helps. I give away anything that I can harm myself with to someone I know won’t let me know where these items are. Have you thought about going forward a walk? Drawing with a marker, Ice cube, sucking on a spice gum or tick tac? You might have to go to a hospital.

The problem is that I'm using my fingernails. Everything is hard. I'll try to look up something positive. I did try the marker and it helped for about a day or two but I still ended up self harming. Thank you for responding, it helps to think that someone cares.

So Sorry that you're struggling! i agree with the wise and wonderful Buffy01 about looking up some positive things. If you're feeling bad definitely check yourself at an hospital. Please do try to distract yourself and avoid any kind of self-harm by doing the things you like. What about watching some movies or reading something? Please do not give up. Feel free to contact me through om and perhaps others as well if they're willing. Sending many Safe, Warm hugs to BOTH you, @daas619, your Family, your Friends and ALL of your Loved Ones! Keep fighting and keep rocking NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, OK?!
