I've started the past several days with writing. Not today. I don't feel like doing anything.
1. Dishes
2. Find my vaccine card.
3. Library
4. Homework

I have done everything on my list except cleaning the table and to fill the dishwasher. In addition I have washed all the closet doors in my kitchen.

Tomorrow I hope to do:

- Fill dishwasher.
- Clean one table.
- "De-clutter" the top of the washing mashine.
- Throw away all things in the bathroom that I don't need.
- Wash cloths.
- De-clutter my "hotspots" (hotspots are places where one places
everything one is not sure if one needs).
- Vacuum one sofa and one floor.
- Let myself feel proud because I have been able to do much more than before .

May you all feel that what you are able to do is OK (either little or much)!

I cooked early this morning and cleaned a litter box. Later I took out the trash and cleaned another litter box. I am done for the day. It's my bedtime soon anyway. I hope all of you are well!

Tomorrow I have a doctor's appointment. That's my main focus.

Three out of four for me. Homework has made the list repeatedly but I still have not really started it. Also why does housework never end?

1. Homework
2. 30 minutes housework

3. Exercise

What I *want* to do is to read about teaching online classes and workshops. So I will add that to the list as #4.

I was very tired yesterday and was too tired to do all the "things" I had on my to do list. That is how it is, age and some physical diseases. And so it has to continue to be; diseases and age set some limits one has to respect. Acceptance is the key to a so good a life as possible. I don't feel depressed. As far as I can remember, I have not felt really depressed since the vaccination. All have days when they don't feel on top emotionally.

I look forward to have the family gathering at my home tomorrow. It shall be so fun to be able to do that after being in almost isolation for the whole Corona period. At the moment the Delta variant has started to spread too much, but it may happen that we will get a third doze, may be ... If there will be a new lock-down, at least we have had this period where we could meet other people. We have got the social "vitamins" we lacked for a long period so to speak.

I am optimistic about being able to finish today what I was not able to do yesterday. Then I only have to cook and lay the table tomorrow.

I wish all the members on the thread a relaxed and peaceful weekend!

I brought brother home yesterday. There was much to do to get him set up but I was able to do it with good energy and a positive attitude. Mom was also sick and needed care so I stayed on my toes. Today I’m going to take time to float, read a good mystery novel and cook a healthy meal.

Today:
1. Straighten out brother’s meds
2. Pick up brother’s truck
3. Clean one room
4. Float
5. Good mystery novel
6. Cook healthy meal

I hope everyone has a peaceful weekend.

I hope you have a lovely family gathering. I love that term social “vitamins”.

Thank you so much, Jennifer! Yes, social "vitamins" are the right words. I feel so excited, like a child looking forward to Christmas. We have been deprived for social contacts, more or less, during Corona, and now there is an opportunity to live almost like before, as long as it lasts ... May be there will become new variations in the virus, but now we have learned that they are able to make a vaccine relatively quick.

I sliced tomatoes today so that I would have them for sandwiches. That's all I've done plus sleep and play games. A company is coming by today to remove a junk pile. I have no other plans. I don't feel well. I hope everyone has a good weekend.

I have three days left to submit an assignment I haven't even looked at. Will I work on it today? Maybe, maybe not. I also have three days before I need to give a status update on a project. I am in a better place with that one. Yesterday I spent time working on my workshop and hope to do more of that today. I also want to get dishes/laundry done in case we lose power.
1. Workshop
2. Chores
3. Homework

Today did laundry, washed dishes, walked my dog and went grocery shopping.

Tomorrow hope to walk my dog, do PT exercise for jaw and shoulder, and make turkey chili for dinner.

I had a really good day yesterday. The family gathering was a success. We were four generations together. They liked the food and we had many good chats.

Today I will :

- Take a walk in the sun.
- Wash my old plates by hand (a gift from my grandparents at our wedding).
- Relax.

May you all feel that what you are able to do is OK (either little or much)!

I'm not sure why I keep writing 'homework' every day if I am not going to do it. I really need to do it today, though. Yesterday wound up having some complications and I did not do what I planned but I did things that needed to be done.

1. Homework.
2. GTD review.
3. Exercise

It's what we want to do that counts. If we are not able to do it, that is OK!

I wish you a really good day today!

I want to

exercise
wash dishes
do laundry

Can anyone please message me? I'm feeling severely depressed and really need extra motivation and accountability. I hope that makes sense. My mind is foggy right now.

I have done everything on my list, but will have to continue to do the dishes by hand tomorrow as well. The gathering was worht all the extra work afterward.

Plans for tomorrow:

- Gym.
- Wash dishes by hand.
- Call a worker (I need something fixed here).
- A trip to the grocery shop to buy an easy to make dinner.
- Office.

May you all feel that what you are able to do is OK (either little or much)!
