I got everything done yesterday. Angst gone. Next major deadline is two weeks away so I can relax a bit.

1. Walk with friend
2. Draft plan and email

3. Look for new art class

Well, I reached those two goals and I have rested. Time to move on.

I washed dishes, took care of the litter boxes, went through my mail and handle some stressful situations this morning. Tomorrow, I want to go on a drive again. I'll go around 9 am when there's no traffic. I hope everyone has a good Friday!

re-ordered the lion king dvd as the one I ordered doesn't work in my player. I have prime, so it should be here by tomorrow

- ate a decent meal, my first proper one for a few days (I was in hospital and the food their is so ugg)

This has been a week of days that don't go to plan but in a good way. Yesterday a friend asked if I wanted some veggies from her garden. I came home with about forty pounds of produce that I need to do something with today. I also met someone new.

1. Cook - but this will involve sorting out what I have, choosing recipes, and probably running to a store for ingredients.

2. Draft plan and email.

Going to leave it at that because just the cooking could be an all day event.

I had a wonderful walk in the sunshine this morning. I have read about CBT (repetition), filled the dishwasher and made dinner at a reasonable time. I did not have time to go to my office today (more to do another day) and I completely forgot about putting the washing machine to work.

Plans for tomorrow :

- Shower immediately after breakfast.
- Physical exercises and relaxation.
- Visit grocery store.
- Office.

Today want to:
1. Wash dishes
2. Mow the lawn in front yard , trim back plants in the front and back yard
3. Send belated birthday cards
4. Make a few phone calls to set up PT appointment since changed clinic , and phone call to have trees cut down and/or trimmed
5. Rest, nap
6. Bonus, if also try to start using new lap top

For the weekend complete tasks not done on today’s list.

Today I floated for a couple of hours, went out and got a lightweight transport chair for my brother and took him to his doctor’s appointment. I bought dinner on the way home and that’s it for me physically. I’m planning on doing some inner work tonight and clearing out of my emails. Tomorrow:

1. Clean house
2. Meet with sister and bil
3. Float
4. Inner work

All I did was cook yesterday and this morning I will continue. I have everything I need to finish the recipes I started.


1. Clear off workspaces.
2. Dishes
3. Finish cooking.
4. Attend outdoor event.

I will have the house to myself for about 8 hours today. I hope to have all my cooking and chores done before then so I can focus on some of my writing projects.

All goals met, but I am really tired today. Had to rest for an hour twice this day. I wanted to visit a cinema to have some change this evening, but corona holds me back. I went to another grocery shop instead. Well, well, so it is. We have it better than before the vaccine, but since the Delta variant is coming at a higher and higher rate, we have to adjust.. Netflix this evening. (I am too tired to read).

I’ve washed a load of clothes and am doing my homework for therapy tomorrow but I’m taking the day off of caretaking duties for some much needed R&R. I’ll pick back up tomorrow.

2 out of 4. I sent the thank you note and finally got my prescription. I did not write up results or make it to the beach but I did take an online class and meet with my writer's group. I already feel quite scattered this morning and need to sit down and plan when I will do each errand today.

The pool closes soon so I’m doing as much floating as possible. Today will be a full sun day so I’ll take advantage of that. In addition:

I cooked a vegan meal this morning. I'm up early, which is unusual for me. The slider is open and it's cool. Today, I will:

Yesterday was non-stop with annoying deviations instead of the fun deviations I had last week. I am glad it is over and today is clear of commitments.

1. Write up results.
2. Work on pitches
3. Clean dining room
4. Use my task list instead of trying to do everything at once from memory
