Getting exercise in first thing is a good way to make sure I do it. I worked on my project but still am not sure I can use it and am still not ready to give up on it. I am not sure I have enough hours or data to throw at it but something makes me want to try. I have two meetings today.
1. Exercise 2. Library 3. Project |

I found that youtube zumba videos are a good way to get in at least 250 steps an hour. I'm trying one for beginners, but I still find it pretty tough. I'm really out of shape.

Youtube videos are a good idea, especially for this time of year!
I worked on all three of my items yesterday. Today I plan on 1. Exercise 2. Put away Christmas stuff 3. Use my lists. |

today I took my christmas decorations down
a little depressing really, but they had to come down at some point- and I always said (since they went up) it would be the 5th |

I got most of my Christmas stuff packed back up yesterday. I agree, the blinking lights are especially cheerful and I wouldn't mind leaving them up a little longer but I stopped watering the tree, so it all needs to come down.
1. Walk 2. Use my lists 3. Write |

I've been doing a few minutes of Zumba every hour. I don't have the stamina to do the whole 20 minute workout at one time.

I read something recently that suggested moving a little bit every hour is the ticket to better health, scientifically. I think it was in the book 'Exercised' by Daniel Lieberman. It was pretty interesting.
I didn't get very much done yesterday. I walked. I have an interview this morning. 1. Interview prep 2. Update calendars 3. Class prep |

This link talks a bit about interrupted sitting: Scientist Author Busts Myths About Exercise, Sitting And Sleep : Shots - Health News : NPR
Today I am going to choose to spend less time on leisure activities and more time on my priorities. I am also not going to get stressed about class prep. 1. Clean 2. Use my lists. 3. Exercise |

Thanks for the exercise every hour idea. I've been walking in place a bit. I am in online classes all week and the weather stinks, so it's the best way I can get some exercise.

Those five minute chore ideas are good (though I am laughing at the idea of tidying up my papers in five minutes).
Today feels like a blank slate in some ways. 1. Finish book. 2. Return book to library. 3. Bite the bullet and do something I've been putting off. |

Success! I finally did something I've been putting off and just wish I'd done it sooner. I'm not done, but I got the most essential piece over with.
1. Continue cleaning up that project. 2. Exercise 3. Assignment |

Today's goals are very similar to yesterday's, but with a couple of twists. I have four meetings today. I also woke up to an unexpected technical issue.
1. Meetings 2. Figure out technical issue 3. Use my lists |

I got my car fixed, exercised, and have no Zoom meetings today, just one call to make. I have a few deadlines coming up quick and will need to work on those projects today.
1. Assignment. 2. Reading for Monday. 3. Errands |

It wasn't the most productive week for me. I needed to recover from the previous week and still had a lot of meetings.Next week doesn't look much better. I have two meetings scheduled every day next week except Friday. Only three are essential and I may skip the rest. I have two deadlines to meet tomorrow but very little motivation to work on those projects today.
1. Assignment 2. Revisions. 3. Reading |
