((((((( Rissie ))))))))

Glad you found the place to let it out! Keep reaching and keep trying....I know it's tiring and hard sometimes. The light will shine again....and sleep will come.

Take good care!

Rant away. It's tiresome, being tired of being tired!

gee, that was'nt so bad...bug on a windshield.. thats a free ride is'nt it? feelin like "crap" what a blessing it is when our problems are so obvious, so you can take the appropriate actions...right? insomnia? you must be a very exciting person to keep yourself awake thinking all of those stimulating thoughts...am I making fun of you? yes...but for a reason. It's to show you that we have the ability to decide thru our perceptions of events and circumstances how we will in turn feel about them, and if we decide to feel down or negatively it's because this is whats WORKED for us in the past...I say worked, but I really mean is "gotten us by" which is a cheap imitation of authentic living. you've come here to this site for help, or just to "rant" so have I , (you would'nt hold that against me would you?) just consider what I've said...I do understand...I simply trying to do for you the kindness that was done for me.

i think we all get tired of the issues we have. It may not be normal to have them but it is a normal thing to get sick of them.
