Possible trigger:
its the first time it happens. usually having a plan helped me, now its making me very anxious and out of my mind. its torturing me, obsessing me and both scaring and relieving me. i have asked for help everywhere and to everyone but nothing and nobody helped. i feel kind of forced to do it. it seems the best and only option i have. is there any way out of it? i want out of my life.

Hi @sinking - I am sorry you are contemplating ending your life. You must be feeling really down to be thinking that way.
The other problem some people have is some antidepressant medications have side affects like suicidal thoughts. If you are on medication, you may want to check with your prescriber or the pharmacy and see what they say. It sounds like you may be in crisis and could benefit from crisis resources which MSF does not provide except for links to crisis support sites. You can find those resources in this link if you scroll down. Our Suicidal Posting Policy & Suicide Resources Hope you get the support you are looking for. @CANDC
