Yesterday I went in to the emergency department by ambulance. Today my mental state has decreased and negative thoughts run through my head. Should I tell my husband? I'm terrified I don't have control of my body. At least I have my dog by me.

This is the worst I've been in a few years. Now I definitely need therapy. My body hurts after shaking yesterday. It's a bad day.

Thanks for this!

@puzzclar sorry you are having a rough day. Pets can be very comforting.

Have you reached out to your therapist or prescriber to see what a good next step might be? @CANDC

I have an appointment tomorrow. I did tell my husband and he's taking care of some of my needs. There's a part of me that wonders if I need a therapist or more intense treatment. I tried orange oil to help calm and took a prn. Now I'm struggling to stay alert.
