How does everyone else overcome laziness? The depression has faded away but I still can't get anything done. Any suggestions?

Very tough question. I try to do something that I really enjoy (which is not much these days). I find peace when I go to the camp and walk in the woods. I've been in a rut like that lately. Yesterday I made myself go outside and clean the gutters on the house. Just start with doing something little and gradually work yourself into doing more and more...........Cajun

I quit using the word lazy. However, like Cajun, when I make myself do something, I feel better about myself. If I want to get something done, I make a list. It feels really good to cross off things.

Ew, yes, the list is awesome, such a feeling of accomplishment when you're able to cross things off!
