It's so hard to find motivation to do anything. I have a job. I should be there right now. I was up to be there early, but I just thought **** it. What's the point? I stopped going to my GED classes. I dunno...I just want to know how I can find motivation. I can't find it in myself, I've tried. I don't know how I can start taking responsibility and motivate myself to move forward again. Any suggestions?
Maybe I should start seeing a therapist. I haven't done that at all. There's something inside me that keeps telling me that maybe they can help me find out what's keeping me rooted in this one spot. |

I hate sports. I dropped out of High School. I still have lots of friends, but not to be rude, but they can't help either. I'm afraid that if this therapist can't help me, then nobody can. I drink and smoke weed for comfort. Sure it helps for that split moment where I can get away from everything, but in the long run, everything is just snowballing. I've been letting the snowball get bigger for years and I need to stop it before that snowball kills me.

Motivation can only come from what you want. Write down your daydreams and then put them into goals.
http://www.motivation-tools.com/elem...even_rules.htm The whole website is kind of fun, maybe you'll find an idea there: http://www.motivation-tools.com/table_of_contents.htm
